The fifth month: Is it right to say that children who have breast milk have difficulties sleeping over night while children who have formula milk don’t?

The thinking is right on some level since it’s on the point: breast milk needs a shorter time to be digested in the comparison to formula milk. In that case, children who have breast milk do tend to wake up at night to ask for more milk more than children who have formula milk. However, the fact that children drink breast milk or formula milk doesn’t have many effects on the sleeping overnight as the circadian rhythm of every child is different, and to infants, at that time, the sleep they spend at night only last for 5-6 hours, can’t be 8-9. Generally, children give up staying up late because they’re ready to do so, not because they have breast milk or formula milk.
