Water melon

Water melon is a wonderful food that provides water and improves the body humidity for children in the morning. More interestingly, the water melon has lots of lycopene – a bacterium that is largely contained in red fruits and green vegetables. The bacterium also helps improve eyesight, heart and prevent cancers.

Having a glass of water melon juice in the morning will help children stay relaxed all day.

Sesame

Blend sesame in porridge can make children’s breakfast become an extremely omega3-rich ration. 2 tea spoons of sesame can help children meet the need of omega3 for a day. Moreover, the sesame is also famous for the aperient and anti-costiveness abilities.

Nonetheless, moms should know that children can’t absorb sesame grain; the grain just come and leave and children won’t receive any of its benefits. You should grind the grains before feeding children with the foods.

Whole-grain bread

The carbohydrate-rich food is extremely good for breakfast. However, it’s important when deciding to feed children any foods that contain carbohydrate. The rule is whole-grain foods like whole-grain bread is always better than foods made up of wheat as they contain a greater amount of fibers.

A slice of whole-grain bread with a spread of peanut butter is a fine and ideal breakfast for children.

Milk and formula milk

Milk is an essential nutritional source of breakfast. However, a glass of milk for breakfast doesn’t provide enough energy for a day at school. Especially, when children are under 1 year old, milk still plays an important role in providing essential nutrients and vitamins for children. If they had weaning in the morning, you still need to feed them with breast milk or formula milk.
