Third, creativeness: Each meal is a new discovery of children; they are strongly attracted to a lunch box full with cute bear-shape onigiri with colorful vegetables that are also pruned in funny shapes.

The final element is the warm atmosphere of family meals in which family members get together to eat; there should be no TV and toys.
