10g daylilies, stalks removed

3 drumsticks or half a chicken

1 soup spoon of ginger, sliced

1 soup spoon of spring onions

1/2 soup spoon of cooking oil

2 soup spoons of Shaoxing wine

11/2 tsp of salt

1 soup spoon of soya sauce

1 tsp of oyster sauce

2 tsp of sugar

2 soup spoons of cornstarch
