For 1 papaya and lime frosty

Recipe

Scoop out the flesh of 1 large papaya (or 2 small ones) and freeze in a sandwich bag overnight. Blitz in a high-speed blender with the juice of 1 lime until smooth.

Per serve 47 cals, 0.1g fat

For 1 pineapple and blood orange frosty

Recipe

Cut 1 sweet, ripe pineapple into chunks and freeze in a sandwich bag overnight (you can also use pre-cut frozen pineapple). Blitz half of the pineapple chunks (about 2 big handfuls) in a high-speed blender with the juice of 3 blood oranges until smooth.

Per serve 148 cals, 1g fat

For 1 mango and blueberry frosty

Recipe

Cut 3 mangoes into chunks and freeze in a sandwich bag overnight (you can also use pre-cut frozen mango). Blitz with a large handful of fresh or frozen blueberries in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Per serve 147 Cals, 0.6g Fat

Cook’s tip The key to a good frosty is a high-speed blender specially equipped to cope with ice and which will be strong enough to break down frozen fruit until smooth and creamy. Before you start blending, it helps to let your frozen fruit thaw for 4-5 minutes, and feel free to add a splash of water to help the fruit whizz round
