Singer and fashion designer Gwen Stefani has opened up on her passion for clothing, explaining that she doesn't dress up just for the spotlight. Gwen comments that even if no one knew her, she would still dress as she does because she enjoys the process of putting together unique outfits and believes that's the most enjoyable part about fashion: “If nobody was looking I would be the same. I love clothes, I always have. I’ve always loved getting made up. I don’t even like going out, I like getting ready to go out.”

Gwen recently unveiled her new Spring/Summer 2015 collection for her label L.A.M.B. at New York Fashion Week, and she opened up on how she selected some of the bright shades for the designs. Gwen wanted to reflected her own colourful life through the statement colours she picked and she thinks they each represent a part of her life. She commented that the colour pink even seems to have a strong importance to her: “My life is so full of colour and so rich right now, and this reflects that, with hot pink, hot orange and even some aqua. I’m really into pink right now, which is weird because I did pink back in the day with my hair. Each time I’m cocooned, each time I transform into a new chapter, I do pink - when I turned 30, when I got married and now this. Oh, my gosh, it’s true! That was not intentional. I just figured it out right now. I love when stuff lines up like that."
