Kelly Osbourne believes British style is the best because you can dress however you please and there is a lot more "fearlessness in fashion". The 'Fashion Police' star also believes high street stores help people in the UK get a fashion-forward look for a fraction of the price, while it has taken the US a longer time to catch up with cheaper items that look as stylish. Kelly commented: "You can be whatever you want in England. Yes, people might tell you you look stupid, but whatever, you move on. There's a lot more individuality, there's a lot more fearlessness in fashion. But also, high fashion at low cost that's readily available is out of this world better there than here. High street shops like H&M, Topshop and Zara have been there for decades - but have only been in the US in the last few years."

Kelly has designed her own low price collection for HSN and says she won't sacrifice good quality even though the pieces are budget friendly. Kelly focuses on sourcing the best materials she can find and creates simple basics for her line, which she thinks is a niche market: "I'm not changing the price. So instead of going for rhinestones and embellishment and things like that, I went for good quality fabrics and good finishings, because I think there's a big gap in the fashion industry, especially in America, for good quality, low priced fashion basics. And there are only two pieces in my collection that have to be dry-cleaned. People don't have the money to dry clean everything, so it was very important for me to make them cost effective in that way."
